alarm system

The staff training looked poor. The lady at the front desk said she was new and was learning the hard way, because nobody showed her how to do things. An alarm system went off every 10 minutes for over 10 hours. The staff said steam from a hot shower triggered it and asked the guest to open the window. This was a pathetic experience.
